Uptown Session – $500 base + 

Add $100 per person photographed

• Select your favorite 2 images per person for Professional Enhancement
• High resolution, printable quality files of the Selects

The selected headshots will showcase your staff as their most hydrated, well-rested selves.  Bright eyes, clear skin, pearly whites and maybe even a few pounds lighter, if you like.

Midtown Session – $500 base + 

Add  $75 per person photographed

Includes: 

• 1 Style per Person – Choose from: 1 traditional headshot on either a white, black or gray studio background or a stylish office/lobby/building location. 
• Select your favorite 2 images per person for Professional Enhancement
• High resolution, printable quality files of the Selects

The select headshots will showcase your staff as their most hydrated, well-rested selves.  Bright eyes, clear skin, pearly whites and maybe even a few pounds lighter, if you like.

6 Hour Access to accommodate the flow of 100+ Staff- 

Overview –  $4,100 

KSP will set up your headshot station during the designated time of your conference, in the location selected and capture several headshots of each member of your team. We will shoot for up to 6 hours to accommodate the flowing schedule of your conference and your participants. The average person requires 2-3 minutes of photography allowing plenty of time for people to prepare for their new headshot. This allows for approximately 25 people per hour and allows time for any group and staff photos required. 

Choose your style:

• LinkedIN’s favorite – A solid white background
• Graduated background from Black to Grey
• Lifestyle poses  –  No studio background, Think “Poses” in an office, by a window, in a living room. Casual
• ALL images delivered in HIGH RES for continued use.
• Images provided by KSP will be delivered via DropBox in high res, making it possible to edit, enhance, print and share as your marketing and HR departments see fit. ONE select can be made from each staff member to have their favorite image enhanced to make sure they look their most rested, hydrated self. This is not required but available for those interested.

Additional retouching is available for those wanting it for $25/image. 

You will receive TWO Galleries. Dropbox will be available for archiving your full size images.

     Dropbox will give you all of your images in full resolution, printable, high- quality, editable files. You will need to download and archive them within three weeks to ensure access to your files. Dropbox is our delivery medium, not a storage system. Save and backup your gallery.

Note: DON’T “drag and drop” your selections from the Dropbox folder. That will only give you the thumbnails. To save your full resolution files you must choose the images and “DOWNLOAD” them to your own back-up source. Simply click to select your images and then click on download. I highly suggest you save the files offline to the archival backup of your choice as quickly as possible.

     This second gallery is for easy online viewing for your staff. This gallery makes it easy to share the photos without giving them access to your full-size originals. Your staff can see their images and tell you their selects OR you can choose their images for them, as required by your policy.

KSP – SELF EMPLOYED MARKETING SESSION 

Session 1:  $950

LinkedIN prefers the white background but sometimes you need something a little edgier. Black is the “new” traditional. It is also strongly suggested you keep a more approachable version of your headshot at the ready. Your social media presence and any print publications will likely want something a little more personal. 

Shoot in your uniform and in your favorite street clothes. Variety is the key to keeping a fresh marketing presence.

Your headshots will showcase you as your most hydrated, well rested self. Retouching enhancements are included for your 3 Selects. It is important to put your best face forward.

• Content- 

A collection of photos to use for socials- action shots of you working, select items of your merchandise and office details to suit a variety of your social media needs. There has never been a time in history that visual marketing has been this vital. People do not pause to read. Your photos have to grab their attention or your message will not be received.

Session 2:  $1,350

• 5  Headshots
• Traditional White Background
• Black Background
• Office or Outdoor Location
• Formal Attire
• Family Portrait/Support Team Photo
